Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of organizational agility practiced by public school principals in the Al-Lith Education Department from the teachers' perspective. A descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in public schools within the Al-Lith Education Department during the academic year 1445/1446 AH, totaling 2,600 teachers. The study sample comprised 461 teachers. The results showed that the degree of organizational agility practiced by public school principals in the Al-Lith Education Department, from the teachers' perspective, was moderate. The results also revealed statistically significant differences attributable to gender in all areas and in the overall score, with females showing higher scores. No statistically significant differences were found attributable to the variables of years of experience and academic qualification in all areas or in the overall score.
